Agreement For The Use of e-Bullion's Internet Branding Icons

e-Bullion^® provides several icons for use by World Wide Web sites wishing to make a link to the e-Bullion^® Home Page.

To access the Icons you should read through the following conditions and if you agree, then click the "Sign In Now" link at the bottom to confirm that you have read and understood the conditions of your use of e-Bullion's Branding Icons, then follow the "e-Bullion^® Logos" link to access the e-Bullion^® Icons.

e-Bullion^® Icon Usage Guidelines and Conditions

e-Bullion^® reserves the right to change the Icons and these Usage Guidelines and Conditions at any time and solely at its discretion. If possible, e-Bullion^® will provide advanced notice of these changes. If you have any questions, please send us an email.

• e-Bullion's Internet Branding Icons
  e-Bullion's Internet Branding Icons include the e-Bullion^® Logo and the e-Bullion^® Advertisements. These are very important and valuable trademarks which are owned by e-Bullion^® Corporation. They are also the subject of trade mark rights in many overseas countries. Nothing in this Agreement will vest in you any rights or interest in the e-Bullion^® Logo or the e-Bullion^® Advertisements.
   
  
• Adjacent Banners
  On occasion it may be required that the Logo be used in conjunction with e-Bullion^® advertising banners, in such cases the Logo should be positioned to the left of and on the same line as the e-Bullion^® advertising banner.
   
  
• Use of any other e-Bullion^® icons, trade marks, logos or proprietary graphics
  The e-Bullion^® Branding Icons are the only e-Bullion^® Icons which may be used on external non-e-Bullion^® WWW sites.
   
  
• Hyperlink Rules
  The e-Bullion^® Branding Icons must always be used as an active link to http://www.e-bullion.com
   
  
• Authorized Artwork for the Icons
  Use only the e-Bullion^® authorized electronic artwork of the e-Bullion^® Branding Icons. Each Icon must stand by itself and must include an appropriate amount of empty space surrounding the icon so as to separate it from any other object, such as type, photography, borders, edges, other icons and so on. The e-Bullion^® Branding Icons must not be used as a feature or design element of or be incorporated in part or whole in any other icon or graphic.
   
  
• Alterations to the e-Bullion^® Branding Icons
  The Icons must only be used in the form in which they are provided and in particular, in the size, shape and colors in which they are provided. If the copyright or trade mark symbols appear beside an Icon that symbol must be retained. You must not alter, amend, redraw, distort, animate or tamper with the Icons in any way.
   
  
• Prominence of the Icons
  Positioning of the icons is at the discretion of the WWW publisher of the site. However, no other icon, person or entity shall appear in close proximity to the Icons. The Icons must not be used in a manner which gives the impression or represents that any person, organization or event is in any way related to or sponsored by or affiliated with e-Bullion^® Corporation Limited.
   
  
• Imitation of the Icons
  Except as provided in this Agreement you may not imitate, copy or reproduce the e-Bullion^® Branding Icons in any form whatsoever.
   
  
• References to e-Bullion^®
  You agree that you will not disparage e-Bullion^®, its products, or its services.
   
  
• Internet Access Rules for Sites
  All sites situated on, or requiring a link from or to the e-Bullion^® document tree must be compliant with the following Internet Access Rule. The WWW site must ensure that it does not contain any material which will subject e-Bullion^® to an action for defamation and is not in conformity with accepted standards of public decency and good taste.
   
  
• Review of the Use of the Icons by other sites
  e-Bullion^® reserves the right to review your use of the Icons. All third Parties must correct any deficiencies in their use of the icons upon Reasonable notice from e-Bullion^®. Refusal to correct such deficiencies could result in e-Bullion^® stating that you no longer use the icons with our permission and you may be requested to stop using them. e-Bullion^® reserves the right to request the removal of the Icons at any time. Failure to comply with such a request may result in legal proceedings being commenced against you.
